The technical team at UK Transitus S.L. begins the assembly and commissioning operations of an Engel injection machine with 3,200 tons of closing force.

An operation directed by Jan Krichbaum and which began last March in southern Germany, was a challenge from a logistical point of view.

Our six technicians sent to Germany carried out the disassembly and loading of the 190-ton injection machine, for which it was necessary to coordinate the work according to the 4 special transports and six trucks necessary to transport this equipment. After receipt by our client, we begin the assembly and commissioning work.

Our technical and administrative team is coordinated to guarantee the success of this operation. The full satisfaction of our customers will always be our goal at UK Transitus S.L.

Will it be more expensive than you imagined when you bought it?

Then refrain from buying a machine on the internet without. To have checked this in function!

Common damages on these machines are:

Defective electronic components, worm plasticizing units, Problematic proportional valves.

You can avoid all this if you have a partially or completely overhauled machine.

Buy a machine that you can still test under power from the seller.
